Processing & Delivery Times
As our personalised and handmade items are made especially for you, please allow approximately 3–14 working days for your order to be made and delivered.
We always aim to complete orders as quickly as possible, but during particularly busy periods your order may take towards the longer end of this timeframe.
Please note that working days do not include weekends or UK bank holidays.
Pre-Order Items
Some of our collections, particularly Christmas pyjamas and seasonal items, may be sold on a pre-order basis.
Pre-order items are not subject to our usual 3–14 working day timeframe. The individual product listing will clearly state the estimated date that the item will be ready to ship.

Orders Containing Pre-Order Items
If your order contains both in-stock/made-to-order items and a pre-order item, your order may be dispatched together once the pre-order item is ready.
Delivery
Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you will receive confirmation using the contact details provided when placing your order.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before completing checkout, particularly as personalised items are made specifically for you.
Delays
While we do everything possible to ensure your order reaches you within the estimated timeframe, occasionally delays with postal or courier services can occur which are outside of our control.
